It was quaint and fairly clean hotel with an open-air restaurant.

Large room with safe and many channels, as for instance. Easy check in and late check out. A sauna and spa therapy were available at extra cost. Lovely location in town, good for visiting Antigua.

Quaint hotel, we had a recently renovated room with an astonishing view. The staff was absolutely courteous and best, offered outstanding services. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, you can visit Antigua Guatemala by walking.

Easy check-in, parking nearby. Very comfy bed, large bathroom and climate control, a fireplace, and a balcony in the room. Great facilities in general, lovely location in a great town.

Location: the hotel was so close to the park, restaraunts, shopping and crowds and all the bars and most resturants in the area. We found nice Cafe Condesa nearby with hot beverages.

I was here for 5 nights and ate at open-air restaurant for lunch. The beds with feather duvets and down pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated on a side street about four short blocks from the main square in Antigua. This allows for easy access to all the shops and restaurants in the city center. Additionally, the restaurant by the street offers a convenient option for dining. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with amenities such as fireplaces and balconies. The bathroom is large and well-equipped. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. The buffet breakfast is exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

One negative aspect is that the breakfast is not included in the room rate, and the price is quite expensive compared to other options in town.

Hotel location: downtown is convenient for teens. Hotel pool: lukewarm pool is perfect for kids.

We loved Porta Hotel Antigua. The staff is excellent. The grounds are beautiful and we loved the parrots outside our window. The pool is very nice and everything is close in proximity. We recommend this hotel to families as there is a playground. We simply loved it.

We loved everything about Porta Hotel Antigua on our first visit. We had a room with a balcony and view of the pool and grounds. Our second stay we took a room on the inside of the courtyard and it was close to the outside wall by the street and the traffic noise all night was terrible. We did not rest at all.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, recently refurbished room that has a large bathroom. The services are outstanding, including a very clean pool.
